Express Pass Attendant - Currently Hiring

Duties:• Responsible for the daily operation, opening and closing duties for operational readiness to include; setting up express lanes, Q-Band and premium seating areas. Scans and verifies products for appropriate in-park usage. Assist guests with special access, dispatches the correct amount of guests through lanes and evacuates the rides during a shut down.

• Provides an interactive guest experience through the utilization of suggestive sales techniques. Assists guest into their purchased premium seating area and confirms guests have the appropriate wristband before entering the express lanes and premium seating.

• Follows operating procedures while opening and closing express lanes and premium areas. Reports issues and provides supporting data for errors.

• Provides information and assistance to guests and delivers exemplary guest services.

• Understand and actively participate in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established policy, procedures, training and team member involvement activities.

Duties:• Enforce general park rules, ride rules, and safety rules.

• Provide adequate instructions and dispatch guests.

• Assure guest safety and provide first aid care.

• Perform job functions within all the park policies and procedures as noted in the Team Member handbook and Operations Department manual.

• Assure the correct use of the slides by the guests.

• Contribute to park clean up which includes park pick-up, pressure washing, cleaning tables, and hosing walkways.

• Perform reasonably related business duties as assigned.

• Meet the American Red Cross Lifeguard Training requirements for a lifeguard certification which are:

a. Swim 300 yards continuously using the breast stroke and free style techniques.
b. Retrieve a 10 pound brick from 8 feet of water.
c. Tread water for 2 minutes.
d. Pass a written and practical American Red Cross certification test (yearly).

• Stand for long periods of time.

Duties:Gathers and prepares necessary information, tools and items needed to complete all assigned tasks.

Picks colors and mixes paint while using color matching for desired assignment. Creates, maintains and uses painting documentation.

Preps surface to be painted. Consists of cleaning, scraping, caulking, applying putty, and sanding. Preps corroded metal to SSPD SP2 and SP3 hand and power tool cleaning specs for corrosion mitigation

Applies paint to prepared surface assigned including but not limited to brush, roller, spray. Utilizing but not limited to industrial epoxy based paint and primer systems.

Mud, tape and finish interior drywall.
Cleans up paint area. Consists of picking up used tarps, scraping, removing tape, cleaning brushes used, cleaning spills, resealing paint cans, and cleaning paint buckets. Then stores equipment/tools in designated storage area.
