Food & Beverage Cook - Currently Hiring
Department:Food & Beverage
Reports To:Food & Beverage Leads
Duties:Smile and pleasantly attend to our guests needs.Change soda bags, beer kegs.Sweep and mop floors daily and at closing.Keep food items stocked.Keep trashcans cleaned and lined.Clean counter tops, organize shelves and wash windows, walls and ceilings.Prepare food items and observe food quality before serving a guest.Open and close the working place when needed.Know the location of the cleaning products and food products.Assemble and clean production food machines when directed.Assist with keeping front line ice bins filled daily and at closing.Rotate stock when new products arrive from the warehouse.Clean the back areas daily.Perform other duties as assigned by leads/supervisors.Assist the runners, and prep staff on a daily basis, or as needed.Maintain a positive working relationship with frontline staff.Stand for long periods of time.Lift a minimum of 30 lbs, without assistance.Lift 31 - 100 lbs, with assistance.Assist carts with setup and supplies when needed.
Experience:Helpful but not essential.
Education:High School diploma or equivalent. Basic math, reading and writing skills.Certified Food Handler

Industrial Painter - Currently Hiring
Reports To:Maintenance Supervisor
Duties:Gathers and prepares necessary information, tools and items needed to complete all assigned tasks.
Preps surface to be painted. Consists of cleaning, scraping, caulking, applying putty, and sanding.
Applies paint to prepared surface assigned including but not limited to brush, roller, spray. Cleans up paint area. Consists of picking up used tarps, scraping
Cleans up paint area. Consists of picking up used tarps, scraping, removing tape, cleaning brushes used, cleaning spills, resealing paint cans, and cleaning paint buckets. Then stores equipment/tools in designated storage area.
Identifies, assesses, and fixes leaks on water slides using proper materials and techniques
Understand and actively participate in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established UO policy, procedures, training and team member involvement activities.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Experience:Three years minimum experience considered 1st Tier. 5 years minimum experience considered 2nd Tier providing work direction preferred. Equivalent combination of education and experience also considered
Education:High school degree or GED is required.

Maintenance Mechanic - Currently Hiring
Reports To:Maintenance Lead
Duties:Smile and pleasantly attend to our guest's needs.
Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
Receive verbal and written instructions and complete assignments efficiently with a minimum amount of follow-up.
General knowledge of equipment repair as it relates to: electric, plumbing, pumps, motors, welding, carpentry, fiberglass. Account for tools and their maintenance.
Work with hand and power tools.
Work safely and abide by all company Safety Rules and Regulations.
Willing to perform and complete any and all work related to park maintenance.
Trouble shoot and carry out repairs on all equipment and rides.
Experience:Minimum of 5 years of practical experience.
Education:High school degree desired but not required.
Basic reading and writing skills.
Comments:Maintain a neat, well-groomed appearance.
Work with hazardous chemicals and understand the importance of safety.
Work in conditions that are hot, noisy and confining (possibly underwater).
Lift a minimum of 30 lbs.
Climb stairs and towers. Stand for long periods of time.
Must be 18 years old or older.
May be required to wear a half-face respirator.
